As of March 2007, the permanent Secretariat of IANYS is at Innovations in Civic Participation in Washington, DC. Director of ICP, Susan Stroud, is the Executive Director of IANYS. Dame Elisabeth Hoodless, Director of the UK's Community Service Volunteers, serves IANYS as its Global Council Chairperson.
