Jobs and Internships

ICP is committed to working globally and promoting the development of more opportunities for young people to become engaged in their communities. Given our global focus, it is our policy to actively seek a diverse pool of candidates, from a variety of backgrounds, who are committed to the mission and vision of ICP.

ICP accepts applications for jobs and fellowships for current openings only; however, we are happy to accept resumes for internships on an ongoing basis. If you are looking to join a dedicated and dynamic team of people devoted to increasing opportunities for young people to become civically engaged, send your resume to info@icicp.org.

Current Staff Openings

ICP has no staff openings available at this time, but please check back regularly for announcements of any open positions. You may also email info@icicp.org to ask to be added to our mailing list of notifications for future staff openings.

Service Fellowships

Each year, ICP awards one or two outstanding recent graduates with a Service Fellowship. Fellows work closely with ICP staff on a variety of projects and initiatives and gain valuable non-profit experience. Our fellowships are full-time paid positions.

Internships

ICP is a small organization and interns are considered to be full members of the team. An internship at ICP is a great opportunity to acquire true professional experience in the non-profit sector.

Intern responsibilities depend on both staff needs and the interests of the intern. Past intern projects have included a range of communications and research tasks, such as writing for ICP's e-newsletter, writing and distributing reports on service as a strategy for critical national needs, and gathering information on innovative service programs from around the world.
