ICP participates in "Dazzling Technologies ACU Conference" in Hyderabad, India

The ACU will hold a conference of Executive Heads on the theme "Dazzling Technologies: Seismic shifts in higher education in a fast-changing and unequal world." Brenda Gourley, Chair of the Talloires Network Global Project, also serves as Chair of the ACU. The Talloires Network will organize a workshop and a plenary lunch on the importance of international networks.

ICP Hires New Staff!

ICP is pleased to welcome new Talloires Service Fellow John Pollock to the staff. ICP also welcomes Molly Brunkow, a master's candidate from the Clinton School of Public Policy at the University of Arkansas who is completing her capstone project with ICP.

ICP Co-Sponsors AUC Conference in Egypt

The John D. Gerhart Center for Philanthropy and Civic Engagement based at the American University in Cairo (AUC), in partnership with the Talloires Network, announce ‘Tadamun: Toward Civic Engagement in Arab Education.’ This first of its kind regional conference on the role of Arab universities in promoting civic engagement will take place in Cairo, Egypt at the American University in Cairo from October 13-14, 2008.
